First Conference Hall named «BUSINESS» – was appeared in december 2012.This venue was designed for global business events. It total area is more than 1000 square meters and completed with private guarded parking for 40 places. The venue includes Conference Hall for 200 attendee, welcome-zone, coffee-zone, gallery and exhibition zone, as well as lounge zone.
Conference Hall «BUSINESS» is equipped with the latest multimedia and video-conference facilities, high speed Internet and Wi-Fi.
The second Conference Hall named «STUDY» was opened in Seprember 2013. This location is focused on educational business events, such as mini-seminars and trainings. This venue includes conference hall, two work rooms, coffee-zone, gallery and exhibition zone, lounge and welcome zone, аs well as private guarded parking for 20 places. The total area of this venue is more than 500 square meters.
The second Conference Hall named «STUDY» was opened in September 2013. This location is focused on educational business events, such as mini-seminars and trainings. This venue includes conference hall, two work rooms, coffee-zone, gallery and exhibition zone, lounge and welcome zone, аs well as private guarded parking for 20 places. The total area of this venue is more than 500 square meters.
The new and the third Conference Hall named «SHOW». started its practice in October 2014. Up-to-date location of new format is specialized on Fashion, Show, LifeStyle and Art events.This location is situated at the upper floor of contemporary trade and event 6-floors building. Either first two or this one has self-supporting communications which necessary for conducting high level event. This hall has Club zone and Outdoor patio. As well the venue has technical zone which could be used as backstage. The total area of Conference Hall «SHOW» is more than 700 square meters
The forth Conference Hall named «CO-WORKING» was opened in January 2016. This venue is the dynamic VIP level space for business people. Availability of portable partitions make it possible to organize comfortable working place, part-time office for meetings with business partners, offsite meeting, rooms for negotiations with possibility to conduct video conference and teleconference bridge.If it is necessary the space of «CO-WORKING» could be transformed into Conference Hall for 80 attendee.Except working areas this venue like all other UBI Conference Halls includes coffee-zone, lounge and welcome zone.The total area of Conference Hall «CO-WORKING» is more than 125 square meters.
The forth Conference Hall named «CO-WORKING» was opened in January 2016. This venue is the dynamic VIP level space for business people. April 2017 was opened new location named «SPACE». Conference Hall «SPACE» is the venue of LOFT STYLE and is focused on running outstanding Lifestyle and Business events.According to the events’ format up to 500 attendee could be located at this venue. Conference Hall «SPACE» is the open-space of more than 900 square meters which could be divided into separate zones by textile.As well this venue includes coffee zone and technical zone for conductors.
The sixth Conference Hall “FUSION” was opened in February 2018. Creative space can be used for an exhibition, fair or as a hall for a gallery. The hall area – more than 650 square meters. The design is executed in modern colors: black walls, black ceiling with rectangular lamps, mirror columns and special lighting that allows creating different light installations and focusing light on different objects. The hall includes an exhibition zone and a welcome zone for the registration of guests.

In May 2018 was opened a new location named “NATURE”. This is a unique location, located in the “Beremytske” Nature Park and created for conducting a variety of events formats. For example, eco-conferences, team buildings, master classes in nature, and more. The area of the conference hall is 118 sq.m. The hall is equipped with modern equipment – projector, microphone, Wi-Fi, etc.
